Now Playing…

This is what I’ve been playing lately. I have not made much progress due to work obligations, but as the weather gets colder and I become more of a homebody, I’ll begin knocking some of these out at a regular pace!

Here’s what I’m playing now:

Super Mario Bros. Wonder

The game came out two days ago and I only got a chance to play for about an hour. I’m looking forward to 100% this! All the word-of-mouth has been extremely positive. I still haven’t read any official reviews yet. I haven’t even looked at the Digital Foundry performance review yet either. Looking forward to experiencing this with no outside influences - I want to be surprised!

Ashen

This was on sale and I thought I’d try it out since I’m looking to get into the Souls series. This game pretty serves as a low cost of entry to Souls gameplay so I can see if I like it and want to jump in.

Fire Emblem: Engage

I think I only have about six story chapters to go in this one. I spend a lot of time in Paralogues and map skirmishes but I’ll tighten up to reach the endgame soon. I’d like to have this one finished before Star Ocean and Super Mario RPG drop.

Ori and the Blind Forest

I am slowly but surely making my way through this one. I think I’m probably 70% through the game. I play it in little bite-sized chunks, so I may need to commit a day just to Ori in order to just go on and finish it up.

Skyrim

Now that I’m not a vampire anymore, I think the game will be a lot more fun to play! I’m slowly making my way through but I plan to put some serious effort into it this coming winter.
